Optional Missed Job Status is now available on the FieldServicely web app. Owners and Admins can choose whether missed jobs are allowed for their organization. When missed jobs are enabled, missed job sections will appear across the web app, and when they are disabled, those sections will remain hidden for a cleaner workflow.
