The available quick actions depend on your subscription plan:
Elite (Service) Plan:
Create Job: Instantly navigate to the Job Creation page.
Scheduling: Open the Scheduling Calendar to manage job assignments.
Customers: Go directly to the Customer Creation page.
Invoice: Access the Invoice Creation page quickly.
Standard (Operations) Plan:
Create Task: Instantly navigate to the Task Creation page.
Scheduling: Open the Scheduling Calendar to plan and manage tasks.
